But… which gaps you might ask. well we try to work at the inception of where projects begin, with a business requirement, working with the leaders of the business, technical or non-technical to help define and guide what the business could achieve.
We try to do it differently, a new direction than talking a consultant on a long contract, or working with a non-independent vendor, or VAR chasing margin. We provide flexible rates (hourly, daily or retainer based), to achieve a more flexible consultative approach, without a retainer.
Simple conversations about the business objectives and needs, a discussion, a defined outcome of the conversation, and then a response. We aim to make the complexity of choice and direction easy to consume and understand.
